Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Henry's Liquidation Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the furniture items.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Freight Shipping (Large Items)
Due to the size and weight of our furniture inventory, most items are shipped via freight carriers.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard shipping is "Curbside," meaning the carrier will drop the item off at the curb or end of your driveway. They will not bring the item inside your home or assemble it.
- Scheduling: The carrier will typically call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
3. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for customers located within a 20 mile radius of our warehouse in Lafayette, Indiana.
- Local delivery options will appear at checkout if your zip code is within our service area.
- Our local team will contact you to schedule a drop-off time.
4. In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1355 Sagamore Pkwy N, Lafayette, IN 47904. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Henry's Liquidation Store cannot ship furniture to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on large items. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Henry's Liquidation Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
8. Damages
Henry's Liquidation Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting all freight shipments upon delivery before signing the bill of lading. If there is visible damage to the box, please note "DAMAGED" on the paperwork or refuse the shipment.
9. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
